MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Texas Southern men's and women's golf teams are on the road this week as they gear up to compete in the ASU Spring Invitational hosted by Alabama State University.
The men's team posted a team total of 930 (305 – 310 - 315) to finish in 14th place at the Bentwater Intercollegiate hosted by Sam Houston State University last week. The women's golf team won half of their matches in the Tarleton State Classic Match Play hosted by Tarleton State in October. This week marks the spring season opener for the women's golf team.
The ASU Spring Invitational will take place at Arrowhead Country Club. The tournament format includes 36 holes on Sunday and the final round on Monday.
