3 Tigers Earn Preseason Football Honors, Tigers Prepare For SWAC Media Day

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The start of the SWAC Football "talking season" starts today as the Texas Southern Tiger football team participates in the 2025 SWAC Football Media Day at the Sheraton Hotel in Birmingham, Ala., starting at 10 a.m.

Head coach Cris Dishman is joined by graduate student defensive end Damarcus Thompson and quarterback KJ Cooper.
