Volleyball Opens Up 2023 Season At UTSA Invitational Friday Morning

SAN ANTONIO - The Texas Southern volleyball team kicks off the 2023 season Friday morning at the UTSA Invitational Friday morning.
 
TSU opens tourney play against UTSA at 10 a.m. this morning before facing Texas A&M-Commerce at 4 p.m. The tourney concludes Saturday as TSU will face Missouri State at 11 a.m.
 
The 2023 season opener versus UTSA will be streamed live while the final two contests will only have live stats.
 
Second-year head coach Alexis Austin returns nine letterwinners and adds eight newcomers to this year's squad.
