Nicholas Named SWAC Impact Player of the Week Once Again

Karl Nicholas was named the SWAC's Impact Player of the Week once again for his play during a three-game homestand over the past week. The junior from Pearland averaged 15 points, 9.3 rebounds and set the tone with big plays offensively when needed in Texas Southern's past three games. He was a key contributor for the Tigers during back-to-back league wins over Mississippi Valley State and Arkansas-Pine Bluff respectively.

Nicholas and the Tigers are back in action Saturday afternoon at Alabama State for a 4:30 p.m. tip-off.
