ATLANTA- Former Texas Southern University football standout Kenny Burrough has been selected into the Black College Football Hall of Fame (BCFHOF) Class of 2016.

Burrough, an outstanding athlete, played wide receiver and ran track for the Tigers from 1966 to 1969.

He was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the first round (10th overall) of the 1970 NFL draft. Burrough played in 12 NFL seasons for the Saints and Houston Oilers from 1970 to 1981.
