Texas Southern Interim Athletics Director Dr. Paula Jackson will be honored by the Houston Dash as part of its annual Houston Dash Black Excellence Night on Saturday inside Shell Energy Stadium at 7:45 p.m.
The evening will begin with a pre-match celebration at 5:30 p.m., while Jackson and the other honorees will be recognized during the match. The Dash's Black Excellence Night honors leaders who shattered ceilings, raised standards, and opened doors of opportunities for all to experience.
In addition to Dr. Jackson's attendance, the TSU women's soccer team will also be present as special guests of the Dash.
