Women's Cross Country Closes Out 2021 Campaign At SWAC Championship

CLINTON, Miss. - Briana Creeks was the top finisher for Texas Southern as the women's cross team wrapped up the 2021 season at the SWAC Cross Country Championship at Choctaw Trails.

Creeks placed 18th overall as she ran the 5K course in a time of 20:14.59. TSU would finish ninth overall as Mikayla Koester finished second on the team in a run of 20:40.23 followed by Rayah Wynn (23:01.16), Ashlonia John (23:05.45), Shelby Brooks (23:38.10) and Latevia Adderley (26:16.61).
