HOUSTON- The Texas Southern Lady Tigers won a double overtime thriller over Jackson State on Friday in front of an energetic home crowd.
After playing a full 100 minutes of action without a score TSU's Brooke Ianiero connected for a goal on an assist from Begona Rodriguez-Bravo to bring the game to fitting close.
The win marks Texas Southern second consecutive victory as they remain undefeated in Southwestern Athletic Conference play with a 2-0 record.
TSU will look to win its third straight on Sunday when the Lady Tigers host Southern at 1:00 pm at Durley Stadium. Â
