HOUSTON- Texas Southern center Trayvon Reed scored early and often en route to leading the Texas Southern Tigers to a 107-70 win over Concordia on Saturday night.
Reed only missed one shot during the game as he went 14-of-15 good for 32 points while also securing eight rebounds and four blocked shots.
Jeremy Combs (18), Devocio Butler (14), Tyrik Armstrong (13), and John Jones (12) rounded out the list of Texas Southern double digit contributors.
Texas Southern led 55-36 at intermission before adding 52 second half points. Combs and Butler each posted 12 rebounds notching double-doubles in the process.
For the game Texas Southern shot an impressive 67.2 percent from the field while limiting Concordia to just 36 percent from the floor.
