HOUSTON- The NCAA's December football signing period begins Wednesday, Dec. 19th.
The December signing period is in addition to the traditional February signing period, which takes place on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019.
The Texas Southern Tigers Football program announced the signing of seven student-athletes during the early signing period.
