Soccer game versus Louisiana-Lafayette suspended due to weather


LAFAYETTE, La.- Texas Southern's soccer match versus Louisiana-Lafayette was suspended on Sunday due to thunderstorms in the area. Marlyn Campa scored a goal for the Lady Tigers in the 49th minute of the contest.

Texas Southern goalie Rebecca Hajny collected four saves while allowing three goals. Liliana Hernadez started the game and tallied five saves while giving up two goals. TSU returns to the field to face Lamar on Sept. 12th in Beaumont at 7:00 p.m.
