HOUSTON- The Texas Southern Lady Tigers soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Sunday.
The Islanders led 1-0 at the break and tacked on two additonal goals in the second half of play.
"I thought we competed well against two quality opponents," said TSU head coach Kathryn Saunders. "We will continue to get better as the season moves along. We are now starting to be able to see our mistakes and we're working on correcting them."Â
Texas Southern will return to the field Friday on the road versus SMU.Â
