PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. – The Texas Southern Men's Golf team is in eighth place following the PGA Works Collegiate Championship opening round.
Junior Kci Lindskog is T15th after his 7-over-par round of 79. Freshman Matt Vanhoy is three strokes back on 82. The PGA Works Collegiate Championship is hosted at TPC Sawgrass (home to THE PLAYERS Championship) on the Valley and Stadium Courses. The tournament format includes 54 holes over three days. The second round begins Tuesday at 8 a.m.
