The Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) has named Jordyn Turner the SWAC Women's Basketball Impact Player of the Week after a gallant effort weekend against Florida A&M and Bethune Cookman.
Turner posted two back-to-back double doubles as she tallied a career-high 25 points on 11-of-15 shooting to go along with 10 rebounds against FAMU on Saturday. Against Bethune Cookman, she tallied 18 points, 11 boards and four assists, leading the Tigers to a 65-64 victory.
