Women's Cross Country Returns To Action In Lake Charles

LAKE CHARLES, La. – The TSU women's cross team returned to action Saturday morning at the annual McNeese Cowboy Cross Country Stampede.
 
Jasmine Walker led TSU as she finished the 5K race in a time of 23:26.3 followed by Rayah Wynn (23:51.8), Lauren Taylor (23:53.8), Lillie Burnett (25:12.7), Deja Cain (25:26.6), Jonae Richardson (26:32.9) and Shelby Brooks (26:33.7).
 
TSU is back in action at the Clifton Gilliard Invitational on Oct. 6 at Prairie View A&M.
