Lady Tigers Track and Field competes at SWAC Championships

PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas – The Texas Southern Lady Tigers Track and Field team finished in 7^th place (63) at the 2018 SWAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Alabama State claimed 1^st place tallying 218 points to clinch the crown. 

Host Prairie View finished second (146), and Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Grambling finished tied for third with 78 points.

Texas Southern's Nikole Haroon won the 400 meter dash while teammates Alexis Gray (2^nd 200 meter), Quintella Johnson (3^rd high jump), and Christelle Nintcheu (2^nd shot put), also claimed top three finishes.
